CLASSES

We have a wide range of classes for all fitness levels and ages.

Boxing: Develop core strength with boxing techniques and drills. This all over cardio and strength training workout will also improve your endurance, co-ordination and stamina.


Senior Boxing: For ages over 16 yrs.

Boxfit: A high intensity low impact workout . This cardio workout uses the basic skills of boxing to turn it into a fun all round workout. Great for all skill levels and ages. This class is also great for anyone wanting to get started into boxing but wants to get to know he basics before doing so.
 

Muay Thai: 

Thai Boxing is often referred to as the art of 8 limbs, because of the ability to use many parts of the body as weapons. Punches, kicks, knees, and elbows are all used to a fighter's advantage. Thai Boxing is considered to be one of the most physically demanding sports, so participants should expect to leave class extremely well-conditioned. In our Muay Thai program, our instructor cover sthe fundamentals as well as advanced fighting techniques, depending on the participant skill level. Along with the traditional skills and techniques, conditioning will be a major part of class.

Combat: A general all body workout which incorporates a mix of defense and fighting skills. This class is suitable for all ages and skill levels

FitX40:  Circuit for an all round cardio workout with short intense workouts.
 

Boot camp:  The military-inspired workouts burn serious calories. Built on three fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility—boot-camp workouts. They're more intense than any fitness class and more fun than traditional gym workouts.

Junior Classes: Ages from 4 - 12 yrs. Youth Boxing class teaches basic boxing skills and techniques. It increases strength and improves endurance. Youth Boxing class will include cardio calisthenics, shadow boxing, bag work, partner drills, pad work and core strengthening exercises. These skills will give kids self-defense tools as well as self-confidence while keeping them physically fit.

8 week challenge: With our trainer Colin Doolz (Doolz Fitness). At the start of the 8 weeks we take participates measurements to track over the 8 weeks. We utilize the park to start some fun warmed into the gym to get started. Including a circuit like workout with a few different trainers helping out to ensure everyone gets some one on one trainer to fully maximize individual results.
