CRECHE
We also have creche available for your little ones! We have a large air conditioned room with toys and a television set up. Give us a call or message for more information. You can book your child in while you join a class or even just a workout.
KIDS CLASSES
We also accommodate for children. We run junior boxing classes for kids which range between the ages of 4-12 years old. Classes usually have around 10 kids and each child gets one on one time with the instructor.
These classes will give kids self-defense tools as well as self-confidence while keeping them physically fit and having fun.

Boxing, Muay Thai, circuit, women's only classes. All ages & fitness levels.

FACILITIES
At Fitxpress we have a large facility, consisting of a separate gym space with all the equipment you would need. We there have a large room in which we run our classes and also holds a boxing ring. Also another closed off air conditioned room for our creche.
FITNESS PASSPORT
If your workplace provides Fitness Passport then you are eligible to use our gym and take advantage of all our classes at no cost!
